1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct.

3. Pricing

All prices are fixed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for route changes after pickup or extended waiting time.

4. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.

5. Cancellation Policy

More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund if applicable.
6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 6 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee.
No-show: Full charge applies.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for missed flights or consequential damages arising from delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
